Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of the permanent jewelry business, all sales are final. Alma Sun, LLC will work with you to get your jewelry repaired but cannot be responsible for broken or lost jewelry. 

3 Month Warranty

The life of your jewelry depends on you and your lifestyle, activity level, job and other external factors.  Alma Sun, LLC will guarantee our weld for 3 months. If your jewelry breaks at the weld spot within the allotted time frame, please contact us at 757-349-6587 or crystalfay@almasun.co for a reweld at no charge.  You MUST bring your chain with you. We are not responsible for the lost chain.

Voluntary removal

If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason (i.e. medical procedure), please cut the jewelry at the weld site and save the chain.  Once you are ready for jewelry to be welded back on, please contact us at 757-349-6587 or crystalfay@almasun.co.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your jewelry after the weld is complete.  If it's not to your satisfaction, please let us know, so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
